ROW Custom Enterprises delivered as promised. We have recently moved to the area and needed our pool deck redone. Checked with several different companies and did not even receive a callback from any of them. Contacted ROW, sent their salesperson out, got a quote and within a month, the job was completed per the contract. Excellent workers and the job looks great. Would hire again to do any work of this type. Thanks again !!! 

R.O.W Custom Enterprises is by far the best pool repair company I have ever used. I am a native of Las Vegas been here since 1956 and have always had a pool which means I've had to use a lot of different pool repair company's over my life time. The thing that impressed me the most is from the start when there service representative came to see the plaster I needed replaced to the finish of the job everyone was very kind and sociable. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what was going to be done. I had a dead line that was very tight due to my son’s wedding and they met it. The job was done perfectly and they left my yard clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend R.O.W Enterprises to anyone needing there pool done or repaired Thank you to everyone at row !! 

Extremely happy with the work they did for us! Very professional. Great at communication. Work performed was exactly what they said it would be. Workers were awesome and knew what they were doing. The bid was the bid, no extra charges. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of pool work. 

RWas referred to ROW by 2 friends as well as Leslies Pool Supplies. Started work earlier than expected. Re-plastered our pool, removed a huge area of old cool deck. Put new brick boarder around pool. Resurfaced remaining cool deck and painted with product even cooler than the original cool deck. Replaced LED light & plumbed in water line for water slide. Short of the weather & a holiday hiccup, everything went as planned and scheduled. Very pleased with this outfit and will recommend to anybody needing pool work!!! 

Randy and his team plastered my own pool and several others for my customers. They did a great job and cleaned up like they were never there. I would use and recommend them again. Randy is very knowledgeable, personable and a great guy to work with for your pool remodeling needs.

We were under a time crunch and ROW was the only company that would commit to getting my pool re-plastered within my time line. They not only got it done when I needed them to, but they started early and finished early as well.

We had some concerns after the work was completed and after we paid them. I expected them to blow me off, but no, they addressed every concern that we had, in a timely fashion and they were very focused on communication and customer service. Everyone one I dealt with was pleasant and interested in helping.

But for the fact that they didn't scrape the pool far enough down in some areas, i.e. near the popups, I would have given them 5 stars. Given my situation, I made a great pick with ROW Plastering. They weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either and considering their responsiveness to my needs, I got a lot of bang for my buck.

We have a very large pool and re-plastering it was a job! ROW was amazing from the start. The estimator came prepared with samples and was very professional and courteous. We contracted with them, they gave me an estimated start and end date and even mailed us information as to what to expect throughout and after the process. Communication is KEY on BOTH sides and ALL of my calls were answered or returned in a timely manner. Each crew (demolition, tile removal, tile installers, plaster crew) were very skilled and knowledgeable. They also were careful to keep a clean area and not destroy my yard throughout the process. There was ONE issue and it was corrected to my satisfaction without hesitancy! My pool looks amazing and I would recommend you to anyone.

My husband and I recently completed a major pool remodel project with Row custom Pools. There are no words to describe how satisfied we are with both the process and the final product.
